I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years, specializing in Lake of the Woods waterfront and island properties. For several years I have been “Top In Sales” both residential and commercial among all Realtors at the Northwest Angle & Islands. I have also been involved in the resort industry for over 30 years. I have owned 3 Lake of the Woods resorts and still currently own one as well as Lake of the Woods Passenger Service. My experience also includes property development, resort conversions, and survey/platting process’s both at the county and state levels. As a buyer or seller, with my knowledge of the area and experience levels in both the Northwest Angle and the South Shore areas, I will do everything I can to make your transaction as smooth as possible. I really enjoy the freedom of being a Realtor, the one-on-one client relations, as well as exploring new areas and properties. My hobbies include fishing, boating, hunting, hockey with my three kids, and family vacations.
